Asking the question opens us up to rejection.
Will you go on a date with me?
Can I please have your feedback?
Will you pay me more for my role?
Is there anything I can improve?
Because we hate rejection, many of us choose to shut-up and keep going in the role we've been given rather than asking for something better.
But there's something you need to know about rejection
Not as powerful as you've made it out to be.
Worth risking for the potential reward.
See, to be told "No" simply leaves you where you already are.
But the possibility of being told "Yes" opens us up to another world.
It seems like a risk worth taking don't you think?
When will you ask the question?
The worst they can say is no.
