Most of them don't know where they're walking.
It doesn't seem that way though does it?
They've found their confidence in the numbers around them. They think that because those they're surrounded by are walking in the same direction as them that they must be onto something. But that's not necessarily true.
Numbers can offer us that false sense of confidence.
If you're trying to walk to London, it doesn't matter how many people you have walking around you telling you it's going to be fine, you're not going to make it. You have to leave that blind crowd and get to the airport. With money in your pocket for the ticket.
That's difficult to do.
You'll be ridiculed for leaving.
But you'll be a step closer to where you need to be for doing it.
Get clear about the destination you're trying to reach.
If the crowd you're surrounded by is not going in that direction, then it's time to walk away.
Stop kidding yourself.
Just because they're all doing it, doesn't make it right.
