Because the small things are actually the big things.
It’s the little actions that we take each day that dictate every part of our life.
To ignore taking the time to invest in developing good habits is like trying to direct a ship with no destination in mind. We’re simply tossed around by the waves that we encounter, with no plan on how to escape.
Good habits are the road map to the destination we’re trying to get to. The most efficient way to deal with the storm. The daily declaration we make which declares we’re made for more than we may currently be showing.
Good habits must first consider what you really value. If you can take some time to consider what your ideal life might look like, how you’d like to be remembered and what things you truly value, you can take steps towards creating that life through implementing daily actions that take you a few steps closer.
Clarify what you care about.
Take note of the steps you need to take to get there.
Implement those steps daily.
They’re you’re good habits.
With them, you’ll go places that your current self may have once believed impossible.
