What has your attention in 2018?

It's important to know the answer to this question, otherwise everything becomes a possibility for us to commit our time to. When we're committed to everything, it makes it impossible to do a few things well. 

In 2018, my major focus will be on 

  • Coaching - Mindset coaching for people around Australia. 
  • Blogging - Continuing this daily blog on mindset, health and habits. 
  • YouTube Channel - A five minute weekly video released each week.
