Rather than taking a tablet, try addressing the symptoms.
Eliminate the excess from your life so it's less hectic.
Go to bed earlier.
Travel less than you currently are.
If you really want to make sure you're looking after yourself, also try the following:
- Drink a green juice
- Cut processed food out of your diet
- Exercise regularly
- Do yoga
- Eat lots of vegetables
- Eat lots of fruit
- Stay hydrated
- Take a rest day
- Get into nature
- Spend time with friends
- Work less
The tablet is not the answer to your unsustainable lifestyle.
It's your unsustainable lifestyle that's the problem.
