We just moved into a new house.
It's not huge, but it’s definitely bigger than what we’ve had before. There’s more space in the house than we have possessions to fill it.
I like the extra space.
It means we can go into each room and not feel like we’re flustered because of all the crap we’ve accumulated. Having some space helps me breathe.
It's as true for a new house as it is in every other area of our life. How easy is it to fill free areas of our life with something (or anything) just because we can.
Be careful of what you accumulate.
It takes up mental as well as physical space.
Clear out the excess
Focus on the essential.
