Good health is no secret...

It's just confusing. 

With so much to choose from, what do we choose?

As far as I can tell, good health is categorised into two categories:

Mental health - Freedom from long-term stress, depression, anxiety and worry and continual learning.

Physical health - strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility and diet. 

To look after these areas of my life, I practice each of the following things a few times a week:

  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Running
  • Walking
  • Strength training
  • Natural diet
  • Reading
  • Wim Hof's Breathing

You don't have to do them all. 

But you should do a few. 

You will feel better for it.
