10 ways to improve your happiness

  • Take a 30 minute walk three days a week. 
  • Do a 20 minute body strength class on YouTube
  • Download Yoga Studio and do one class weekly.
  • Sleep for at least 7 hours
  • Eat food as close to its natural state as possible
  • Stay hydrated
  • Join a social group once a week
  • Spend time in nature
  • Put limits on how many hours you work
  • Clarify the goals you're working towards
  • Meditate for a few minutes each day
