There's a lot of talk going around at the moment about how sleep is overrated.
Sleeping has become an obstacle which stands in the way of many of us doing productive things like work and study and other important things.
Due to the fact that some big names have convinced us that we really don't need any more than four or five hours of sleep, we feel guilty for doing it.
The truth is, most of the population need around 7-9 hours sleep each night to function at the highest level the next day. Don't let the exception to the rules make you belive you should be sleeping less.
If you're exhausted, you don't need coffee, pills and Red Bull.
You just need to go to bed.
